The firm was founded in Central Florida in 1999 with the purpose of providing clients fully integrated land design consulting services that exceed their expectations. Ms. Tracy L. Crowe, AICP, is the principal and owner of LDI and certifies the firm as a woman business enterprise (WBE).

Our staff is specifically experienced in working with cities, counties, the State of Florida and regional agencies. LDI is committed to producing work that preserves established neighborhoods while meeting the needs of a dynamic community. Our multi-disciplinary approach to projects provides a holistic foundation that eliminates inconsistencies that can occur when disciplines work in isolation of each other.

LDI provides our clients with personal attention and commitment to assure personal responsibility for the creative completion of projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
