City of Maitland

LDI serves the City under a continuing services contract providing assistance with administration of the Community Redevelopment Agency. Responsibilities include administering the implementation of the Downtown Maitland Revitalization Plan (DMRP) and preparation of public/private partnership RFPs (including the Town Center) and negotiation of developer agreements.

We also assisted the CRA with annual reports, annual budgets, website updates and CRA Board agendas/presentations. LDI provides special projects coordination for the CRA. LDI is also preparing an update for the Downtown Maitland Pattern Book which provides design standards for the appearance of all development in the Town Center.
