San Marco Resort
LDI coordinated with the architects to design a site plan for a 472-room hotel resort on an 8.5-acre site near Walt Disney World. LDI provided alternative site plans, engineering documents and all permitting and planning services. LDI also applied for concurrency review and received exemption for the project. The Venetian Suites will include conference facilities, as well as on-site retail, commercial and recreation space. View updated information on the San Marco Resort.

Poinciana Boulevard
The project consisted of roadway design extending International Drive to the Osceola County line. LDI was responsible for complete project management of planning, surveying, geotechnical, ecological, traffic specialist, civil engineering, landscape architecture and irrigation.
