The focus of the firm is creating viable neighborhood-based urban designs, as well as sustainable regional master plans. LDI's master planning experience ranges from less than 100 acres to sector plans that are 1,000s of acres, as well as Developments of Regional Impact (DRIs). Our site plans range from less than one acre sites to large-scale, mixed-use developments.
