Gemini Boulevard
LDI was responsible for design and site coordination for the re-alignment of a portion of existing Gemini Boulevard, the main loop road at the campus. Site design consisted of schematic design documents, stormwater management, grading, utility design (water and sewer), and landscape and hardscape design for the proposed roundabout to be located at the intersection of Gemini Boulevard and Central Florida Boulevard.

Parking Garage V
LDI prepared the final design, preparation of plans, permitting and construction services for the site improvements for new Parking Garage V.

Partnership II
LDI was responsible for design and site coordination of a five-story office building located at the Central Florida Research Park in Orlando, Florida. Facility was to be shared by UCF, the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy personnel. Site design consisted of schematic design documents, stormwater management, grading, utility design (water and sewer) and sub-consultant coordination. The project also included permitting with the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD), the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and the Orlando Research Park.
